Soil Testing
Is your garden producing quality crops? Are your plants growing appropriately? Do you want to boost your crop production? All plants need quality soil to properly grow and produce quality crops. The West Virginia University Extension Service can help you test your soil to determine if key nutrients are present in sufficient amounts. WVU offers free soil analysis to all state residents. The WVU Roane County Extension Service can assist you in your effort to collect good soil samples and also to understand the results of your soil analysis. Soil test kits are available at the WVU Roane County Extension Office located on the lower level of the library in Spencer.
